2face Idibia says - Let it be known that i lived in the days of Achilles

Unknown to people Greatness and Fame are two very different things, the latter tends to focus more on popularity that is to be known even by means of events that are not noble, but nonetheless the person in question is known.
While the former tends to associate itself with events that are noble, notable and are of high esteem. now lets take a look at 2face idibia and D'banj. To the average person D'banj seeks for fame not greatness thats why he tends to be seen in videos with Snoop dogg, Jay Z etc and consequently, he wears flashy clothes. While 2face tends to sing with great old folks like Sir Victor Olaiya and Sir Victor Uwaifo.
There is a point to note here Fame can take you to the Top and it can also bring you down to your knees. It was said in the movie "Spiderman" that the greatest thing the people wants to see in a HERO is his downfall, people are so quick to notice that. While fame can take you up quickly, it can also bring you down quickly as well whereas Greatness lasts forever.
When i finished watching the movie "TROY" i was surprised to hear a man say "Even if nobody remembers me, may it be known that i lived in the days of Achilles the Great & may it also be known that i lived in the days of Prince Hector ".
A man was grateful to be associated to living in the days of great men, its better we aim for greatness rather than fame.
