Behold Your Governor (Anambra State)

Today is the day we exercise our franchise, and to us the indigenes of Anambra state this is not just another election, this is as personal as it gets for years have we watched Gov Peter Obi rule and despite the facts he did well his short coming are tremendous and no i won't agree with the saying that uneasy lies the head that wears the crown, if the Governor has wanted to succeed he had all the resources to do that.

The latest success of Peter Obi is the invention of HERO BEER, laughable right? perhaps the news that Rochas is making Education free and sponsoring outstanding students overseas didn't reach his villa. Instead he is giving us Beer as a substitute for the social amenities of life and it makes me recall ancient Rome where the Rulers squander funds and in order to divert the attention of the masses, they would organise the Gladiators Fight in the Areana.

However now we the Anambra indigenes and occupants have a chance to make our tomorrow better by picking that outstanding Aspirant that would be selfless enough to handle the immense capital generated from the massive business places in Anambra state and harness it into adequate resources for the rural areas in the state.

A candidate that can lay the golden egg, i am objective about this an as such i will not even disclose my candidate, i believe everyone should decide for his or herself. But know t5his you will leave with what you choose for a long time.

I pray God help us on this day, I pray against violence on this day and above all I pray the right man is elected.

              God Bless Anambra State

God Bless the Federal Republic  of Nigeria.

Nigeria Vs Ethopia (A Stroll In The Park)

The news is now everywhere, the confidence of the Ethopia team is building up, i even watched them train on set yesterday  and not only that, i heard all the predictions their fans had to say, some went for  3-0, a few 3-1 all in favour of Ethopia.

I was just laughing my ribs out, perhaps they have forgotten too soon Emmanuel Emenike single handedly inflicted on them, well i can't blame them for having hope or voicing their opinion because in all truth they are entitled to it.

However if they have gone through our outstanding record at the Calabar stadium, they would know why Nigeria picked that stadium for such a big occasion that would inevitably lead one of the two nation to the world cup in Brazil.

Well i wish them luck anyways but come 4:00pm Nigeria time the Eagles are to soar higher than the Antelopes.

Phenomenal Gareth Bale (Bale vs Suarez)

Gareth Bale performance was less than below par in the Nou Camp Stadium, which made critics all over the world criticize him especially regarding his big money move to the Santiago Bernabou as a waste of resource, they didn't stop there they also compared him to Neymar who shone on the same day. Don't get me wrong Neymar is a player of class which i also admire for his dribbling skills and an impressive eye for goal attitude, but it should be noted that Bale missed pre season while Neymar didn't also Neymar move to Camp Nou happened on time while Bale's move delayed immensely. The Barcelona vs Madrid match was Bale first start ever while Neymar was already fully integrated in the starting line up at Barcelona. So even pundits and men of the press know fully well that comparing both men as at that time is nothing more than a a far cry.

However, four days later he (Gareth Bale) silenced his critics with a double against Sevilla. He also continued his fine form with an impressive solo goal against the Old ladies in Turin, which happens to be his first ever champions league goal. And this brings me to the Suarez issue.

Who is to say Suarez would not have achieved the same feat of scoring his first ever champions league goal had he signed a contract with the Gunners, the Striker was public about his interest of playing in the champions league, he was ambitious which to the best of my knowledge is a good thing but the powers that be in the Meyserside Reds Football Club would not allow this young man a move to the Emirates side to achieve his dream which will remain outstanding perhaps till January or next summer.

It should be known that Luis Suarez and Gareth Bale are roughly age mates and if you have watched them on the pitch play i believe you can say each individual is talented in his own special way, but believe in me you that if you take a peek from Luis Suarez side now he is probably itchy, itchy in the sense of the things he could have achieved had he signed for Arsenal, not even to mention the way Arsenal ruthlessly thrashed Liverpool 2 - 0 recently in the English Premier League.

I remember vividly during the transfer window when Liverpool Legends were all over the Press, rattling their tongues that a move from Liverpool to Arsenal is a step down for the Striker, my guess is that they are talking from a historical point of view not even based on an analysis of 5 years ago.

Gareth Bale is an outstanding and unbelievable player who has raw skills and his potentials definitely speaks for him, no matter how the Press in the Spanish County try to protest his signing fee as a hindrance to his progression among the white angels, i'm sure he would prove them wrong.

Luis Suarez on the other hand should have been given a chance to leave just the way Torres left for Chelsea and now have a champions league medal to his laurel, Liverpool should have respected this young man ambitions to move to Arsenal and play in the champions league because he would have really excelled in the champions league, he is really a behemoth of a striker, a beast of an attacker and a swift striker.

A November 2 Remember (True Life Story)

All in the light of November, a very wonderful month, a month many cherish even more than December and that shouldn't come to you as a surprise because November is a special month indeed.

Now still on this special feeling i wish to share with you guys a very interesting story that happened several years ago even when no man has succeeded in climbing the Mount Everest and it happened on the 1st day of November, perhaps this story might help you enjoy your November better.

This incident was concerning a young man, an ardent believer of the gospel and a hiker by profession he was so obsessed about climbing mountains and he wanted to be the first person to climb Mount Everest, the highest of all mountains and of course he has heard of several failed attempts but this did not deter this man in any manner, he was so determined to be the first to achieve this feat.

Of course hikers work in packs, so he and his pack set out and camped a few kilometers away from the mount everest on the 31st of October and everyone fell asleep but this young man couldn't sleep, the thoughts were all over him so he said a prayer to God and by 2 am he set out all alone to climb the mountain.

After some time climbing, he was successful to an appreciable height but he soon let fear to get the best part of him and he slid and was falling and was descending so fast and he felt he was going to die and suddenly his hand clinged to a protrusion of the Mountain and he held it firmly, but since it was 3am in the morning everywhere was dark and he couldn't ascertain which part of the mountain he was clinging on to, if it was close to ground or not. So he decided to call on God and he screamed Father!, Father!!, Father!!! save me, then moments later he heard a voice say "Let Go of your hands my son" and he couldn't believe it, later he heard the same voice repeat "Let Go of your hands my son" and he didn't listen to the voice again saying to himself that he wouldn't commit suicide and so he clinged on to the mountain until daybreak hoping his friends would come looking for him and help him.

But unfortunately for him he froze out there in the cold, and when his friend saw his dead body clinging to the mountain they observed he was just a few centimeters of landing more like a little jump. Had this young man listened to the voice and let go he could have just landed safely and lived to try another day.

Now as we start this month of November this should be our moral lesson to learn Ambition is a good thing, we should be relentless in our efforts and we should believe the voice of God even if it seems so so so wrong to us, cos he truly knows best.

We pray for good news in this special month, news like: ASUU calls off its 4months old strike, Boko haram finally drop arms, PHCN supplies power to all part of the country for 3weeks uninterrupted, Nigeria Police act fast in rescuing civilians etc

I pray you all enjoy November hale and hearty and when November is finally done i pray you embrace December with all its tidings

God bless Nigeria.
